HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFFS
To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, we've outlined the cutoff dates for each of our available shipping options. All dates are the dates your order will need to be placed.
USPS and FedEx
- 3-8 Business Days: Friday, December 15
- 2-3 Business Days: Wednesdays, December 20
- 1 Business Day - Priority Overnight: Wednesday, December 22

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Non-Holiday Order Processing
We ship same day on orders placed by 11am PST and next day on orders placed after 11am PST. Orders placed on the weekend (after 11am Friday, PST) ship on Monday.
USA (contiguous)
We offer a range of shipping options via FedEx & USPS, including express and overnight options.
- 3-8 Business Days: FREE SHIPPING. Orders to the West Coast typically arrive within 3-4 days. Orders to the East Coast arrive within 8 business days, but often quicker.
- 2 Business Days: Order by 11am PST to receive in 2 business days (FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority Mail).
- 1 Business Day - Priority Overnight: Order by 11am PST for next business day delivery by noon.
USA (Alaska & Hawaii)
We offer a range of shipping options via FedEx & USPS, including express and overnight options.
- 3-8 Business Days: FREE SHIPPING. Orders typically arrive within 3-10 days.
- 2 Business Days: Order by 11am PST to receive in 2 business days (FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority Mail).
- 1 Business Day - Priority Overnight: Order by 11am PST for next business day delivery by noon.
Canada & Mexico
We offer a range of shipping options via FedEx & USPS/Canada Post, including express and overnight options.
- 3-10 Business Days: Orders typically arrive within 3-10 days. Import taxes and duties due separately. May require local pickup.
- 2 Business Days: Order by 11am PST to receive in 2 business days by FedEx International Economy shipping. No PO boxes.
- 1 Business Day: Order by 11am PST for next business day delivery with FedEx International Priority shipping. No PO boxes.
International Orders
Note that shipping times will vary by your destination country. We do our best to give shipping delivery date ranges on our checkout page, but international orders are often subject to delays. Specifically, if you are shipping to any country not on the developed countries list (as well as Italy & Spain), it's likely that your shipment will take 3-6 weeks to arrive.

Note: Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.
